Holding a Computer Science degree from Queens College, Gil is proficient in Java, C++, PowerShell, SQL, and more. He leads key identity management projects, improves processes, and develops automated solutions for identity and access management.

Nareshwar Agresti

Nareshwar Agresti is a skilled professional with expertise in cybersecurity, software development, and quality assurance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Queens College, where he earned honors like the Presidential Scholar Award and membership in the Golden Key Honor Society. Proficient in C++, Python, Java, Linux systems, AWS, and identity governance tools, Nareshwar excels as a Security Engineer, solving technical issues to improve user experiences. He has also established QA processes for secure app launches and completed a software engineering internship at Nugru, implementing customer-focused solutions with J2EE.

Diwas Karki is a cybersecurity expert with over 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on SailPoint IIQ. Fred Forester is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the field, including 10+ years specializing in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM). His expertise spans solution architecture, system implementation, custom development, and production support. Currently Chief of Staff at Zephon, LLC, she holds certifications in CyberArk and Identity and Security Technology. She specializes in Active Directory, Azure, Oracle IAM, SailPoint, and CyberArk, with a focus on system security and customer service. She holds Bachelor’s in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate’s in Computer Programming and Analysis.

Vishal Masih

Vishal has over 20 years of cybersecurity experience across private and public sectors. Before founding Zephon, he held key roles at leading tech companies, delivering solutions for Fortune 500 firms and gaining hands-on insight into organizational challenges. His public sector work includes designing scalable solutions for the NYC Department of Education and the IRS. Vishal holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Delhi University and certifications from AWS, ISC2, Oracle, and Microsoft. He is an active member of DFW ISC2, NTXISSA, and CSA Zero Trust Working Groups.
